Who controls your information

Information we use

• Contact details, such as your name, email address and phone number.
• Delivery and billing addresses.
• Basket, order, payment status, refund, delivery and correspondence records.
• Account details, saved addresses and password security data if you register.
• Technical and security data, such as session identifiers and one-way digests used to limit abuse.

We do not receive or store your full card details. PayPal handles payment information on its service and sends us the payment and transaction data needed to manage your order.

Why we use it

• Contract: to price, accept, make, deliver and support your order, and to provide an account you ask us to create.
• Legal obligation: to keep records required for tax, accounting, product safety and consumer law.
• Legitimate interests: to secure the store, prevent fraud, diagnose faults, answer disputes and improve commerce operations.

We do not use the store data described here for third-party advertising.

Who receives it

We share only what is needed with payment services, product fulfilment and delivery partners, transactional email services, and our hosting and database providers. We may also disclose information where the law requires it or to establish or defend legal claims. These organisations act under their own legal duties or our instructions, depending on the service.

Some providers may process information outside the UK. Where the destination does not have an applicable adequacy decision, we use a lawful transfer mechanism and relevant safeguards. Contact us if you want details about a transfer that affects your information.

How long we keep it

We keep order and financial records for the period needed for accounting, tax, consumer claims, refunds and product safety duties. We keep an active account until you close it, subject to records we must retain. Saved addresses are removed when you delete them or close the account. Security and service records are kept only while needed to protect and operate the store.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability. You may download the account data held in your account and close the account online. Contact us for any other request. We may need to verify your identity first.
