Products and availability

We try to describe and photograph goods accurately. Screen colour and the placement of printed artwork may vary slightly from the physical item. Size, material, care and other important product information appears on the product page. Availability can change before checkout is complete.

A numbered or limited release limits the quantity Gearpress offers for sale. It does not remove your cancellation, refund or quality rights. We will state clearly if an item is personalised or made to your specification and different cancellation rules apply.

Prices and payment

The product page and checkout show the currency, product price, delivery cost, tax and total before payment. PayPal processes the payment. An order is an offer to buy. We accept it and form the contract when payment is confirmed and we issue an order confirmation. If we cannot accept the order, we will cancel it and refund any amount taken.

Delivery

Available destinations, delivery price and any estimate are shown at checkout. Unless we agree a different period with you, goods will be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days after the contract is formed. Contact us if an order is late. Risk passes to you when you, or a person you nominate, receives the goods.

Cancellation, returns and faults

For most online purchases, you may cancel without giving a reason within 14 days after receiving the goods. The detailed process, model cancellation form, return costs, refund timing and faulty-goods rights are in our delivery and returns policy.

Our responsibility

We do not exclude responsibility where doing so would be unlawful, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach. We are not responsible for business loss arising from a consumer purchase.

Law and disputes

Contact us first so we can try to resolve a problem. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You may bring proceedings in the courts that consumer law allows, including the courts where you live where applicable. Mandatory consumer protections in your country continue to apply.
